Production

Certified organic olive oil since 2025.

Alongside the vines, Santa Catalina cultivates three hectares of Arbequina and Picual olive trees. Produced in limited quantities, Sa Caterina olive oil extends the estate’s agricultural work through a more vegetal expression, combining softness, structure and Mediterranean character.

Two complementary varieties offer two different interpretations of the olive: Arbequina, finer and more delicate; Picual, more assertive and expressive.

Extra virgin olive oil · Organic

Arbequina

A soft, fine and elegant oil, appreciated for its delicate fruitiness. It enhances dishes without overpowering them and naturally suits salads, vegetables, fish and Mediterranean preparations.

Extra virgin olive oil · Organic

Picual

A more structured oil with a more assertive character. It is well suited to warm dishes, grilled vegetables, white meats and preparations that call for greater presence.

The olive oils are available at the bodega shop, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm. For professional enquiries or estate visits, the team will respond directly.
